Payment Policy

Payment for the goods can be made by debit/credit card or cash. Upon receiving your order, we conduct a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Delivery Policy

Dispatch times may vary according to availability. The usual delivery time is 2 working days. In the case of force majeure and other unforeseeable extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, the delivery time will be extended appropriately. Items are only delivered in normal commercial quantities. We exclusively deliver to residential or work addresses; deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not available.

Risk Management Policy

There are a number of risks associated with laundry operations, including fire, water, health and safety. MLA has appropriately identified, managed and eliminated these risks.

Refund/Return Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
